Collaborative Xchange (CX) has delivered an innovative IT solution for Toyota SA which enables Toyota SA to communicate electronically directly and securely with all of its suppliers using one common set of standards and process. The innovation in the solution is being able handle a broad band of IT capability across the suppliers, from sophisticated ERP systems to simple internet connection.

This Aftermarket solution services all local dealers and Parts & Accessories (P&A) warehouses. The CX solution has automated the P&A process providing an e-commerce solution to 260 of Toyota's local suppliers.

Better performance management has resulted in a decrease in dealer backorder ageing, cost savings and reduced stock holdings.
